Responsible Marketing Policy
This Responsible Marketing Policy applies to all affiliates, publishers, media buyers, influencers, agencies, traffic owners, and any other partners participating in the Your Best Partners Affiliate Program.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Affiliate Terms and Conditions. By joining, accessing, or participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with this Policy at all times.
1. Purpose
Your Best Partners is committed to responsible, transparent, lawful, and fair marketing of iGaming products.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that all promotional activity carried out by Affiliates:
- protects users from misleading advertising;
- prevents underage exposure to gambling content;
- supports responsible gambling standards;
- avoids false or exaggerated claims;
- complies with applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform policies;
- protects the reputation of Your Best Partners and its Partner Websites.
2. General Marketing Standards
Affiliates must ensure that all promotional activity is honest, clear, accurate, and not misleading.
All advertising must present gambling as adult entertainment only. Affiliates must not present gambling as:
- a guaranteed way to make money;
- a financial solution;
- a job or income source;
- a way to recover losses;
- a low-risk or risk-free activity;
- a guaranteed winning opportunity;
- a solution to debt or financial problems.
Affiliates must not create false urgency, fake scarcity, fake testimonials, fake reviews, fake awards, fake licenses, or any other misleading impression.
3. Legal Compliance
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that their marketing activity complies with all applicable laws, regulations, advertising standards, platform rules, and gambling-related restrictions in every country, region, or channel where they promote.
Affiliates must not target or accept traffic from countries, regions, platforms, or channels where gambling promotion is prohibited or restricted without proper authorization.
If the Affiliate is unsure whether a specific traffic source, geo, creative, or channel is allowed, the Affiliate must obtain written approval from Your Best Partners before launch.
4. Age Restriction and Underage Protection
All marketing must be directed only to individuals of legal gambling age.

- language, visuals, or formats designed to attract minors.
Where appropriate, Affiliates must display an 18+ notice or a higher legal age notice if required in the target market.
5. Responsible Gambling Message
Affiliates must promote gambling as entertainment, not as a source of income.
Where required by law, platform rules, or Your Best Partners instructions, Affiliates must include responsible gambling information, age notices, and applicable disclaimers.
Recommended responsible marketing lines include:
- 18+ only. Play responsibly.
- Gambling can be addictive. Please play responsibly.

8. Approved Creatives and Landing Pages
Affiliates must use only approved creatives, links, landing pages, texts, banners, logos, and brand materials unless they receive prior written approval from Your Best Partners.
